Cant use keyboard/mouse when booting from rescue media CD
I have a win7 x64 pc that uses Bluetooth for the keyboard/mouse control My Acronis is 2012 home version. When I boot from the rescue media My mouse and keyboard don't respond and in 10 seconds the system reverts back to the windows C drive. The back of the PC has no ps2 connections for a wired mouse or keyboard. I suspect that the Bluetooth drivers are not loading therefore disableing the keyboard/mouse.
The Knowledge base recommends using a wired keyboard. One alternative is buying a USB keyboard but I don't know if that will work. Can someone help me with a solution. I'm willing to buy a USB keyboard if that would work.
Thanks,
Tom

You could also make a new CD and remote the countdown timer.

I have the same problem. My Logitech Wireless KB and mouse don't work when I boot from my backup USB key (TIH 2013). The mouse doesn't work at all and the keyboard works only partially, namely the arrows won't allow me to move the mouse. Somehow after trying all the keys suddenly the arrows do work and that's the only way I can then use the software. I also have a USB keyboard and the problem is exactly the same there.
I would be interested to know if the 2015 version ha solved these problems?
