Certification Server Unavailable

Thread needs solution

 6 June 2010. I have made a number of attempts today to connect to the Acronis Online Backup Server today which have resulted in the following message "Error Certification Server Unavailable".

Is there any way of discovering whether the Acronis servers are down or experiencing problems?

Let me assist you.

There were some temporary issues with the servers, we're updating the software. I've just checked and now all servers are up and running, so you should be able to log on to the service.
