Clean Up Not Working In True Image Home 2010 + No Response From Forum Administrator To PM

Thread needs solution

Hi All,
I posted the message below on 25 January and received a response from Pat L, to whom I am really grateful. Unfortunately, the suggestion didn't work so I sent a PM + system report to one of the Forum Administrators on 4 February and I haven't had a response. Can anyone suggest what I should do to solve the problem or to get a response from Acronis?
Thanks,
Chuffer

Hi I am a newby to this forum and I hope someone out there will be able to help me.
I am running True Image Home 2010, Build 7046 which I installed in May 2010 having used the basic Acronis One-Clock Backup program which came free with a Seagate Disk Drive which I bought in January 2010. I backed up my hard disk using One-Click and since upgrading to TIH 2010 I have been content with Non-Stop Backup doing all the backup I hope I will never need!
The problem I have now is that the external hard drive (500 GB) is now full and Non-Stop Backup has turned itself off. I have tried to use the Clean Up facility by selecting both 1 month and 1 year storage to be kept (I would prefer a bit longer than a month but the slider only gives 1 month or 1 year) I click ok and get the message 'Are you sure you want to clear the selected time frame?' I click on Yes and nothing happens. I have spent two evenings trying to resolve this and am becoming disillusioned with TIH. Having read some of the comments on this forum I am beginning to wonder if I did the right thing in upgrading. Any help would be appreciated.
