Cleaner 2012 created Windows Installer Popup Windows for all MS Products

Thread needs solution

Hi
I had problems starting Home 2012 after a successful install on a W7 64 bit computer (support ticket rrequest sent) but the Windows Uninstall would not work (control/program features).
I downloaded your cleaner software for Home2012 and it worked.
When I rebooted the computer all of a sudden I would get the box 'MS Installer re-installing' msg to that effect.
It happened only for my MS Outlook 2007 and MS Office 2007 products, al my third party products did not cause that to happen.

What is the cause of that and do I have to do someting
thank you
Rob

Rob,

I haven't seen the Cleaner do that before, perhaps there was some sort of corruption in registry and running the Cleaner exposed it.

Are you still getting the message?

Did this only happen on the first reboot, or is it still happening?

If it only happened on the first reboot, Office was just reconfiguring it's products.

This behavior is by design, and often happens if the Office program needs to correct an issue or replace a missing file or update a file to the correct version for Office to run.

If everything is working okay, there is no need to be concerned.

Hello

It only happened after the first reboot of the computer after the Cleaner had done its job.

The computer was recently reloaded with W7Home on a new drive.

My theory is Home 2012 is registerd with the same area as MS Products as in a link somehere and as said earlier it got removed.

Everything booted up this morning after being shut down last night with no issues

Thank you for the responses
