Hi all,
I'm getting the below message when attempting to use Clone disk in Acronis True Image 2015:

Failed to write data to the disk.

Failed to write to sector '15,962,725' of hard disk '4'.
Failed to write the snapshot manager volume. (0x1000D3)
Unknown status. (0x9)
Access is denied (0xFFF0)
Retry Ignore Ignore All Cancel

The error always occurs when the process is 99% complete.

I have tried this on
- Multiple computers
- Multiple operating systems
- Multiple hard drives
and the error always occurs in exactly the same way, 100% of the time.

The only common factor is the Acronis software. Build is 6525, and it says it is up to date.

Can I please have some assistance with this.
Thank you.

Please describe the process you are doing, are disks internal, external, are you attempting this clone from within the installed Windows app or from the recovery media, are the machines laptop, desktop, or both?

.

That is surprising... All the computers you tried it on had 4 disks? On the picture you shared, what is disk 4? Is it the disk you are trying to clone?

What happens when you try to clone from the Acronis recovery CD rather than from Windows (never a good idea, BTW)
