Clone Failed

Hi I've Acronis True Image 2014 and I want to clone 2 identically HD SSDs. When I start clone options I've an error: "Failed". The partitions table it's created but fail the cloning. I have a dual boot system. There are three partitions on the source drive. 1. Reserved, 2. Utility OS, 3. Primary OS. Acronis 14 clones the first two - but does notclone the third (makes it Unallocated). How can I solve? I use the bootable cd as instructed. Thank you.
