Clone stops at Starting Acronis Loader

Thread needs solution

After setting drive to clone and reboot can't get past Starting Acronis Loader

Updated from 2011 Home to 2012 Home.
Windows 7 Home Premimum 32-bit
Intel I7-2600K CPU @ 3.40 Ghz 3.70Ghz
8.00 GB (3.42 usable)

After setting all options and rebooting for the clone operation:
Loading Operating System
Starting Acronis Loader (never get past this)

Tried to clone my SSD to an external USB drive and to also to a Esata with the same problem.
Worked fine with 2011 Home

Uninstalling Acronis True Image Home 2012.
I will try to re-install the update file ATIH2012_7133_en-US.exe
Was using ATIH2011_6942_en-US.exe

Cloning from bootable rescue media is the recomended method.

Thank you James!

I am on a live chat with Tippesh.
I will give that a try if they can't give me another solution.

Installed True Image Home 2013 today and it also hangs using clone after rebooting the machine at "Starting Acronis Loader".
I will create a rescue CD and try using it and get back.

I am attempting to clone a 120GB Vertex 4 SSD to various Western Digital 500GB and 750GB drives.
I tried another product with a cloning feature and it worked.

Created rescue media using True Image Home 2013 and clone works perfectly if booted from the rescue CD.
Can't get Acrnois Loader to start using Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit so using the CD to clone.

Mike,

With ATI it is recommended to use the recovery CD to clone and to recover disk and partitions. These features are supposed to be manageable when started from Windows, but...
