Cloned Laptop HDD to main Desktop Extra HDD and I can not access it to view files now

Before sending my laptop in for repair I removed the HDD and cloned it to my G Drive. This is a 1.5 tet drive and is one of six hard drives in my computer. It disappeared from My Computer, I can see it in Computer Management. Computer Management shows the four partitions that were on the HP Laptop and lists the data as unnamed. How can I access this data now without destroying my ability to return this disk back to my Laptop HDD when I get it back from repair?
