[closed]Startup recovery manager does not get installed even USB boot

Acronis True Image 2015 Home: Build 6525

For some reason my Acronis Startup Recovery Manager (ASRM) does not appear when booting up and gives an MBR error 1, which is quickly skipped by boot process to load Windows 7 64-bit
I tried installing ASRM from Acronis application within Windows and that failed with a blank ASRM screen (see attached GIF).
I also tried to boot from an USB Acronis Rescue Media and tried to install ASRM. That also failed with a weird "Fault" message.
How do I ensure installation of ASRM correctly?
