Cloud access problems
Thread needs solution
I've just started running TI13 on 2 pcs.
I'm trying to sync some files between them and the cloud but keep getting the message 'Cannot open Acronis Cloud. Please try later.'
This sometimes happens on both machines at the same time, sometimes only on one machine whilst the other is supposedly syncing (green bar moving across the screen).
However, when I get the message, I can still access the cloud via my browser.
Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?
