cloud backup no longer working
Cloud backup fails with this error:
The certificate is not valid. Probably this computer is being used from another location. Please reconnect to Acronis Cloud to update your certificate.
To access the online resource manually, enter the event code at: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x009800CC+0x009800CD
There is no entry in the knowledge base about this error. What is it and what can I do about it?
I can log into the cloud account without a problem, but there is no provision for updating any certificates.

I am getting the same error message as the OP. The event code 0x009800CC+0x009800CD does not appear in the listing of error messages. Does anybody have a helpful hint on solving this issue? Thanks.

I wound up deleting the backup and the cloud storage and recreating them. It's working now.

Mark: I followed your instructions and the backup appears to be working. In 2 days and 19 hours I should know for sure if the server is backed up properly. Thanks.
