Cloud backup: Read error or data content is corrupted

Thread needs solution

Acronis True Image 2014 Build 6614

Suddenly, file backup to the cloud is always aborted at different folders, stating:

Let me assure you that there is NO error or nay kind on the SOURCE. An Acronis file backup to USB works perfectly for the same group of folders; there are no disc errors. I am an IT Pro and usually know what I am talking about.

I think the error is in the cloud storage but Acronis is so explicit with the errors that you do not know which file is the problem or where the problem is.

Any ideas? I wanted to delete the cloud thing completely and start over but couldn't find a QUICK way of doing so.

Of course, I am here because I can't call support
