Cloud backups don't run because of 'run out ot storage space' while it still shows 130Gb free space

I got a message that I used up my cloud storage space (250Gb). However if I look into my account I should have free space of something more then 130Gb. Clean up space doesn't change anything. Now my online backups don't run because of this....Anyone had similar issues or knows how to solve this? Thanks.
