cloud subscription has expired
Greetings oh wise ones!
Several times daily I get the above notice. I don't want Acronis Cloud Subscription. It is the same way I can stop this annoying notice from appearing 2 or 3 three times every day?
Thanks in advance!
Sandy

Hello Everyone,
you can disable these notifications if you log out from your account in the program.
Thank you.

This answer is really not very helpful.
I only want to get rid of the daily notification that my cloud subscription has expired.
I do not want to log out from my account.
Please introduce a way to suppress that single notification.
Regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
another option would be to disable all Acronis notifications as it is described here.
I'm really sorry, but there is no possibility to disable this particular notification at the moment. However, you can be sure that all your feedback is forwarded to development.
Thank you.

I logged out of the account and I still get the nag box. Not only does it tell you click to manage the account, the click doesn't work. It goes nowhere. Did we purchase a nag when we bought the product?

Has this been resolved?
Can you disable these annoying messages?

Did someone find the way out of it.

Hi Sarah,
have you logged out of your account in the program?
Alternatively you can disable all tray notifications from Acronis following this article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/48518
Thank you.

Like Acronis, but will look for another backup programme as the constant popup is totally unacceptable.
Should one seek a refund?

Hello Bill,
Thank you for your feedback! Could you please provide more details, so that I can clarify the issue with our management:
- product version you are using
- screenshot of popup message
Thank you in advance,

Are you suggesting your company is unaware of those annoying popups, plus the challenge getting past your subscription has expired crap.
If your management doesn’t understand the problem they have created, there is something radically wrong within your organisation.
Popups and cloud are not required in my computing hence your earlier versions were more than adequate

Hello Bill,
There are different types of inproduct notifications, which users may see in Acronis True Image depending on product version and license type (full, trial, Cloud subscription). In order to help you I need to know the exact product version, registration email and a screenshot of notification. With this information I can raise a request to disable notifications for you.
Thank you,
