Compatability of Diskeeper continiously operating Intelliwrite and True Image Nonstop Backup?

Thread needs solution

Within a day or so after activating Acronis True Image 2010 Non-Stop Backup on my Toshiba Tecra A-S8514 Laptop running 64-bit Windows7, I found that, instead having a 120GB hard drive that was about 60% used with a low fragmentation ratio, almost all the previously free space was fragmented. As background, the Tecra had been running the continuous defrag feature of Diskeeper 2010 Professional called InteliWrite. The backup disk for the Acronis Non-Stop Backup data was a Seagate 500BG Free Image "Go." I also noticed that, while the Non-Stop Backup feature was activated, the Tecra's 4GB of RAM went from 45-50% usage to 75-80%.

I've now detached the Seagate 500BG Free Image "Go" and am wondering how to undo the damage to the Tecra hard drive. Manual defragging isn't doing the job. Any suggestions?

I may be on my way to undoing what mist be a compatibility issue. After the last manual defrag, the biggest fragmented file turned out to be a 40GB windows/temp file that began called acr22CB.tmp. I deleted that and am now defragging again.

My understanding is that Diskeeper sells a dumbed-down version of its defrag capability to Microsoft for the defrag program in Windows, so it may be that Acronis needs to get on top of this issue.
