Complete outlook backup

Hi.

I've recentely restored the outlook backup, created with the Personal E-mail Backup

(sorry, I'm using the Italian version and I don't know the exact english name for this wizard).

I've restored correctly mails and address book, but I've lost all my account informations and rules for mails, so I rewrote them again. It's tediosus, so I'd like to know what I must backup to restore not only outlook mails, but also outlook settings.
