Completely Uninstall TIH 2011 in WINXP

Thread needs solution

I am trying to uninstall TIH 2011 and reinstall it because I was getting error messages indicating that the product was not installed correctly.
It has not completely uninstalled and still appears in the Windows add/remove program listing.
I have tried using the 2011 Cleanup Utility as per KB 14871 and deleted several registry keys as per other suggestions in the forum.
I am using Windows XP operating system.
Are there any other steps that I can take to remove this program from the add/remove program list and thus allow me to reinstall TIH 2011.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would suggest using Revo Uninstaller or jv16PowerTools

Thanks JoeG I will give them a try

I have scanned the registry with Revo Uninstaller and System Mechanic and neither of these utilities can find TIH 2011 in the add/remove program list. When I click "remove" in the list I get the message that the configuration data for this product is corrupt.
Does anyone know where the configuation data resides and if it is possible to remove the data.

Thanks

Hi Geoff
How can you click remove if TI is not listed ?
Try running the Junk File Cleaner under Tools in Revo

Hello Jo,
TI is listed in the add/remove programs list, that is my problem.
I think that if I could remove that entry then the reinstall would work OK.
When I click and try to remove from add/remove list then I get the configuration data corrupt message referred to in my previous message.
I assume that the configuration data is stored somewhere in the registry.
Will try the junk file cleaner as you suggested.
Thanks
