Components not found, can't uninstall, etc.

Well, it seems that every 6 months or so, something drastic happens and I can't use Acronis True Image. Last year I had a problem, and couldn't restore files. I gave TI another chance, later upgraded to TI2015, and now, I can't back up my files. I have done everything mentioned in all of the forums, webpages, etc... I can't uninstall TI - get message that the program installed, can't use TI clean-up utility - components not found, etc... I tried re-installing, but that wouldn't work either!!!

So, it appears that I will be looking for another backup system. This Acronis experience for the last 2 years has been anything but pleasant. Plus having to pay to get help for serious issues like this is unacceptable!!!

Good luck to you that continue using TI - time is not on your side.
