Computer crashing because of Try&decide
Hi,
Every time I plug into my PC a USB key or PMP via one of the USB2 slots, after about 5-10 secs, my computer crashes. 'Blue screen of death', then blackout, then reboot. This is VERY frustrating. I am using Windows Seven Ultimate 32bit.
I used "Whocrashed home edition 2.10" so as to see what was causing this, and every time it gives me the following information:
"On Thu 29/04/2010 20:35:43 your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: tdrpm251.sys
Bugcheck code: 0x1000008E (0xC0000005, 0x8388B358, 0xA9A6D664, 0x0)
Error: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M
Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\042910-49592-01.dmp
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\tdrpm251.sys
product: Acronis Try&Decide
company: Acronis
description: Acronis Try&Decide Volume Filter Driver
"
Even though I have Acronis TrueImage Home 2010 and use it for my system and document backups, I never use the Try&decide functionality. I might have used it once a several months ago. I do not know what to do!
Thanks in advance for your help!

Please regsiter the license you have here, and after that you will be able to download the latest build from here.

Hello again,
Reinstalling the software seems to have solved the problem, thanks!
However, I doubt if this is related, but this new build/version seems to be incredibly slow! -especially when setting up new backup options/configuration. It seems to freeze when I do so, when the older version never did. Any ideas what is going on?
