consolidation problem

Hello, I had installed Acronis 2014 1 years ago, all work ok still monday. Acronis write my backup on local usb disk, but said " can not log in to the backup g:\........ error during the consolidation. Make sure that the backup file is not open in other applications.
I try to put my backup in another usb disk, and to another nas disk. But no solve.
If I explore the destination backup file, i see my file tib, with the backup file inside.
Maybe It is only a consolidation problem.

Can I solve this??
