Corrupt image, am I SOL

I'm not sure what version was used to create the .tib file but I have tried to restore an image for a users laptop and it goes for s few minutes and then stops and says file corrupted. I have tried mounting the image on a USB drive on another PC and it gives me the same error. IS there any way of recovering any data from the image file at this point?

You could try using the different versions you have of TI and see if one of them works better. If you don't know for sure which version/build created the image you could check the date the image was created. That would give you a starting point. However, if it actually does run the restore for several minutes it is possible it's corrupted.
