Corrupted *.tib files

Thread needs solution

I recently had some over heating problems which caused some corruption in some source code files. I have about 15
versions of the source backed up to an external hard drive and in trying to restore from the desired file and then all of the rest, the files are all being reported as corrupt. Is there some sort of utility or work around to use to restore from
one of these files. I can get at all the rest of the data and image files stored on the external drive with no problems.

Can you valicdate the backup from within ATI. What is reporting that the files in question are not valid? Windows? ATI? ??? Are these file by file backups or partition/disk backups?

Hello all,

Thank you for your posts.

Scott,

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Ron,

Please let me help you as well. We do not have a utility for fixing/restoring corrupt backups, but I can recommend this extensive troubleshooting guide for corrupt backups.

If you have any other issues or have additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
