Jean-Jacques, from your description it sounds that you have upgraded to the Windows 10 Creator's Update and this has introduced a new 'God Mode' folder on the desktop which causes problems with older versions of Acronis True Image such as 2015 or earlier.

See post: https://forum.acronis.com/forum/129388#comment-409239 for more details.  This has been fixed by updates for both ATIH 2016 and 2017 but there will be no fix for earlier versions, so you will need to use the workaround of moving this God Mode folder into a sub-folder to stop the crash happening.

Steve

Thank you for your aquick answer.

I have delete the GodMode Folder and it have solved the problem

Il would be better if a fix solved this problem

Jean-Jacques, thanks for the feedback and glad that the problem is fixed by the workaround. I agree that it would be better if Acronis produced a fix for this problem when ATIH 2015 is published as being compatible with Windows 10 but it seems very unlikely that they will given that there is a simple workaround and also because the product is fully out of support.
