Crashes when accessing network drives and large Tib size

Hi all,

Acronis True Image 2015.

I am making sysprepped Win 7 images, from the boot environment for deployment in a University.

Issue 1: Sometimes when backing up to or restoring from a NAS drive Acronis crashes to a black screen. It happens sporadically on multiple machines.

Issue 2: The last image I tried to make (have now tried several times) created a tib file three times the size of previous files (60GB), that shows the whole disk space as being used (500GB) when trying to recover; consequently I can't recover this image to smaller disks. Previously the image would show the actual used space when trying to recover and I have changed nothing.
