creating multiple full system image backups

i just bought a new laptop Lenovo Y50-70 touch with has several hidden partitions and created a full system image backup of it as is. i now want to create another full system backup with some personal modifications without erasing the original one. im a bit unsure on what features to add in options. i want 2 stand alone full system images. Do I have create a new folder for each file is there a way to rename the file? I also see an option under advanced for sector by sector and unalocated sectors. is this usefull or necessary?
