Creating Recovery Disc (ATIH 2012 update 2) & installing Renesas 3.0 drivers

Thread needs solution

If this has been discussed I can't find it... so forgive me if I am in error. I must admit to being both amazed & VERY disappointed in what I have discovered here regarding the USB issues. I just had to return a computer back to the manufacturer as I assumed it was their fault as I could only get 16G USB drives to work 'sometimes'... got a full refund even though their tech department insisted it was not the computers fault. NOW... on to my current issue: "Installing Renesas USB 3.0 drivers to ATIH 2012 recovery iso."

Again... I am bummed that ALL the Win7 recovery options are now missing once I installed Acronis TI 2012, but thus far (many years now) Acronis has NEVER failed to save the day! I have 'created the iso file' and want to figure out HOW or IF the 3.0 drivers can be loaded before TI takes over and goes into restore mode. I have upgraded external drives to 3.0 as well as a thumb drive (speeds are incredible); however, Acronis (nor anything else for that matter) will recognize any of my 3.0 devices plugged into the 3.0 USB port as apparently the 'Renesas 3.0 Drivers' aren't loaded or enabled in my bios. QUESTION: Is there a way to interrupt the 'recovery process', load the 3.0 drivers, and then allow TI to access the recovery images from my 3.0 enabled devices? The 3.0 devices will work when plugged into 'legacy 2.0 ports'; but the recovery process is AGONIZINGLY SLOOOOOOOOW. I do have several ISO pgms that will allow me to add/modify an iso prior to burning it. I was actually hoping to move this process to my new Kingston 128g HyperX 3.0 flashdrive so as NOT requiring the CD that might become damaged in my enounters with hand searches of my computer bag by TSA agents.

Thanks in advance for all efforts to asssit,
Brad
