cursor in screen-trueimage- blocks
I'am using acronis true image 2013 ( right forum? ).
When starting the system using the a start-up disk created with true image and selecting the option TrueImage ( with the mouse) in order to start the recovery of a partition, the cursor freezes and I can't start anything.
How come?
ps. this screen does not react (not to any mousemovement and not to any key-stroke)

Download the latest ATI bootable Rescue Media ISO (listed as Bootable Media) from your Acronis.com account. The web site lists it as the same build number as previously, but is actually newer build 6528. It fixes the wireless keyboard/mouse issue and the GPT disk issue. The fixes are only in the new build of the Rescue Media, as no new Windows version has been released.

Unfortunately my version of 2013 is an upgrade from trueimage 11 and is not in my list with products (see attached)
But if the wireless keyboard and mouse arethe problem, I will buy a wired mouse (I have allready a a wired keyboard as spare) (a cheap one)
