Data disc not seen in non stop backup

Using True Image Home 2010 on WIndows 7.
Normal backups are no problem but when I try to switch on non-stop backup, the data(source) disc is not seen by TI. My source disc is disc 'B' and is on Raid 0 (mirror). ANy suggestions?
