I'm trying to produce a backup image of my ASUS computer c:drive to a 32Mb FAT32 memory stick. However ATIH2012 continues to fail at the same point reporting "Failure to read archive ...ASUS5.tib" at what seems to be the vaildation stage. The knowledge database 23362 suggests that this is because the final segment of the backup isn't in the right place, but it is. I've; uninstalled ATIH, used the ATIH Cleanup facility, checked the memory stick and found no errors, re-formatted the memory stick and reloaded ATIH. Unfortunately the exact same failure re-occurs. See attached picture 1 - the error report and picture 3 shows that the file is present and in the right place. Can you help please?
