Delete backup from list and then add it back in to get it to see the actual backup file

A disk image I made showed in the backup list but for some reason, it thinks it is on a disk I do not have anymore. And I did not back it up to that disk. I tried to point it to the correct backup with the procedure: delete from the list. Add backup. Reconfigure. Save. But that did not work. The backup never showed. I have tried this several times.
