Delete an incremential .tib file

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Few days ago, I've created a first complete archive (SYSTEME C_inc_b1_s1_v1.tib)
and then, today, i've created an incremential file (SYSTEME C_inc_b1_s2_v1.tib).

But i have to delete this second file because I've forgotten to exclude some folders... and because that second archive was made for me to test True Image 2013 before buying the final version.

How is the best way to delete the last archive, to make again the new incremential 2nd file please ?
(is this as simple as just deleting the file in Windows 7 or have I to let True Image doing that for me?)

Regards

From Inside the TrueImage program, Right click on the "Recover" option and select "Recover Files".

that should open window similar to what is show in the link below.
You can place your mouse pointer on the newest file and right click and delete which will only the delete the file where mouse is pointing.
Note, the first first full backup will read "full" and not "inc" as you have typed.

hi,

Thanks for your reply.

My problem is in the Recover file window, I only see the disk & partition C:
while my .tib files are stored on the disk G:.
Why can I see only the disk C ? (please see the attached files)

You asked how to delete an incremental file.
Your capture shows both backup files.

The backup file highlighted is the most recent file.
This would appear to be what you want to delete and remake.
The item which was backed up is drive C.
If you are wanting to see the contents of Drive C that are included within the backup, use the MOUNT feature to look at the files stored on your computer as shown by the contents of the backup file.

Oh I understand, you mean that the archives are repesented by the 2 boxes at the bottom of screen... yes, the one highlighted is the one i want to delete. That's perfect !

Thanks a lot for your reply.
