Deleting Backup fails

When I try to delete a backup ( acronis cloud ) I get an error message ("Data is blocked..."). I get this message all the time and I am not able to delete the backup. Also the backup settings are not available - the settings button is missing.

Jack, I suspect the original post was simply just missed in the forum at that time plus looking at it now, there is not very much detail to work on, i.e. no mention of which particular version of Acronis was involved, no log file information or screen shots.  Plus the OP didn't follow up to chase for a response.

This is a user forum and not a direct path to Acronis Support - the majority of the folks responding in the forum are also users like yourself and myself, so life intervenes at times and the occasional post is missed.
