Deleting files within backup

Hello,

I have a newbie question. After initial full backup with Acronis True Image 2015, when Acronis take schedule auto backup after a week. Will it delete files within backup, which i deleted from PC?

I have several huge media files which contains lots of space and i usually delete them after a while. So I actually want Acronis to delete files in new backup and backup only what i have in my PC. Kinda like Sync between laptop and external HD.

Also which is the fastest method. Currently 4 drives which i want to backup are using 720GB. After taking first backup, I want scheduled backups to be as fast as possible. It can delete what i deleted in my PC and take backup of only changed files.
