Deleting my account
Can someone help me delete my account? I cant find anywhere in the 'edit-account' where this is possible.
It is important for me NOT to get any more mails from Acronis, since i will delete the program and find an other product.

Hello Chris,
Thank you for your posting! It's not possible to delete the account, but we can disable it. Please be aware, that you won't be able to register a new one with the disabled email. I would suggest you simply logging out from the second account, cleaning up cookies and logging to the right account. If the issue persists or you have further questions, please contact me in PM.
Thank you,

Indeed. The law now requires it. Think GDPR. Time for Acronis to move into the 21st century.

Michael, my understanding of GDPR is that it does not say that the user has to be able to delete their own data directly, only that there should be a process for getting the data deleted on request, which Acronis does provide by contacting them directly in the way described by Ekaterina above.

Hello Michael,
Acronis is GDPR compliant, you may request to delete your account anytime and Acronis will do so. We're working on adding this functionality to Acronis Account, meanwhile please raise a support ticket for this kind of issues.
