Destination Drive Filling Up - ATI 2014 not deleting old backups

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis True Image 2014. I have the backup settings set to the following: (see attached Screen print)
>Take "Incremental" backups daily.
>Create a new full version every 10 increments.
>Store no more than 10 recent version chains.

My disk drive is filling up and no old versions are being deleted. I have 16 full backups on the disk and each with many incremental backups.

Aren't these settings supposed to automatically clean up the disk drive and delete the old backups?

With your scheme settings, your retention quota is 110 backups (each chain=11 files , full +10 inc). The scheduled deletion of oldest chain should have occurred following FULL B11, or after backup #111.

Does any of your tib files carry a suffix of V1-1 or any V number which has two numbers? If yes, this was a problem when it occurred.
If yes, the backup may have reset the numbering at that point.

Your only option at this point might be some manual deletion of the oldest chains and to create a new task with the same settings.
Editing or making changes to a task once backups have begun to accrue will also cause the task to lose its way and necessiate starting over with a new task name and a new storage folder or sub-folder.
