differential backup with encryption -- doing only full backups

hi all, I have the Acronis True Home Image 2014 and I created a differential scheme, with encryption, and it appears it only does FULL backups. Previously, when setting up differential schemes without encryption, it would work fine. Any way to set up diff schemes to work properly, with encryption of the backup (256bit)? -- thank you,
