Hello,
bin, thank you very much for your help, you're absolutely correct.
Salihu, let me assist you.
To create a differential backup in Acronis Secure Zone you should just go through the wizard and choose to create a differential backup. Please see the screenshots below:
1. At this step you should select that you want to create a differential backup archive, then click Browse, navigate to Secure Zone and choose your full archive
2. Then go to Scheduling at the left side of the window and select to create a daily backup.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thank you.

Thank you very much. I now get it. One more question please. Can the secure zone protect against rookit virus ? Thanks in advance.

Using a Secure Zone will not directly protect you against any virus directly.
If your system becomes infected or damaged by malware then you would be able to restore from backups taken prior to the infection taking place. However, you may not know when or how the system was infected, so even a restored system may not be a 'safe' one. so you must take as much care even then and scan a restored system throroughly. Always take as much care as possible and scan before taking backups or after restoring.

Thanks for the information. Actually i am looking at a situation whereby when I format my drive, install all my applications and drivers, thoroughly scan my laptop, then create a secure zone. Then I could use the secure zone as a base re-installation for my laptop in case i get infected. Hence the question, whether the secure zone can be infected by a rookit virus. Thanks.

Oh I see!
I would say it is unlikely in the extreme if not impossible for it to become infected. The tib file would be seen as corrupted and in that situation you would want to restore using the rescue boot media to be totally safe.

Sorry. I don't understand the second part of your answer.

Just that to restore (and therefore overwrite) your system, you should use a TI rescue disk to boot the machine and initiate the restore.
