difficulty getting support

Thread needs solution

We are using the software to back up the operator interface computers on machines we sell. While I'm registered, I don't have software registered because we don't own it. We sell the equipment and therefor the customer owns it.

I can't get customer support on a product that I don't have registered, even if I'm responsible for deploying it on over 400 systems!

I have been insulted for using phone support for "obsolete software" (2011 home)

The phone system gets stuck in a loop, "press 2 for support" then it says "I can't do that"

during a chat session, the tech said to contact Customer support because he couldn't help me which lead to the above circular nightmare.
