difficulty in restoring the backup as the destination drive is grayed out

I'm trying recover backup using the Latest Version of Acronis 2015 trail version but I'm having difficulties because I get stuck in the "Select destination of Disk" all the options are gray out. The destination drive is gray out. any help would be great.
