Disable E-mail notifications

Hello,

I'm sure someone already asked this question before but i couldn't find anything related with the search. One of my clients has Acronis True Image 2010 at home. I've installed the program for him and added a few tasks. From that day he gets E-mail messages from his AVG internet Security that AVG intercepted E-mail send by True Image.
Since he doesnt want to get any notification from True Image i tried to disable that. I've disabled all popup notifications. In settings menu and in all tasks.
The E-mail notification settings are empty in all tasks and general settings. In other words.. i think i've disabled it everywhere but stilll Acronis manages te send e-mail to his E-mail adres. Wich is the adres we used during the installation and registration.

Does anyone have an idea how and from were these messages are send? And most important.. how to turn them off.
