Disabling the Non Stop Backup service does not fix USB Flash drive access issues
I tried this and first off the ATIH would not start. I disbled the other 2 Acronis services and the program would start show an error about the Sync Process (I totaly understand why).
I inserted my USB thumb drive and Windows was slow to see it. I noticed that there were controller errors in the windows log file about the drive so I re-imaged my system to before installing ATIH 2012 and the slow drive reconization and log errors went away.
How about an option to ignore USB drives altogether or use Windows drivers or services to access them. Reliability vs speed always wins in my book.

Steve,
Not everyone has the same problems. For example, I am running XP Pro, xp3 and have the services stopped on both Non-stop and Sync Agent plus the properties are set to manual on both. Having these services stopped has not interfered with the TI starting on any of the 2012 versions and am using 7119 currently.
The program will balk if the scheduler service is stopped.
I also have the new option turned off which controls the scanning for backups at program startup.
