Disk D disappered after restoration with Acronis True Image 2015

Hello!
I have 2 logical disks - C and D, and onother fisica disk -D.
Yesterday I used Acronis True Image 2015 to restore my disk C. When the restoration has finished, I was surprised that I din't have an more disk D. On it I have "My Documents", but on disk C - only Windows 7 and Program Files.
Now I have only disk C (combinet between C and D) and disk E.
The Windows 7 and programs on disk C are OK.
Is there any possibility to recover my disk D again with its content?
It is very important to me.
