Disk is full error

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis True Image Home. Following the install of Windows 10 fall update, every time I try to take a backup, I get a 'Dis is full' error message even though my external drive has plenty of space. Please see the attached screenshot. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

You have freespace on the target disk of 581 GB, what is the size of the backup?  Recheck what is to be included with the backup. Also, you do not want the backup to include unused disk sectors.

If your backup type is "Entire PC" and the your computer has multiple internal disks, that type Backup will include ALL INTERNAL DISKS.
