need help tring to use the universal restore to go from single drive to raid0 two ssd. no universal restore option from boot disk using the 2012 and plus pack

Gabriel,

Your question does not relate to this posting. Suggest you start a new posting. I cannot help you with your specific problem but maybe others can.

If you create the TI bootable media Recovery disk AFTER you installed the plus pack, then when you boot from the TI Recovery CD, the The Universal restore option will appear on the Recovery partition screen.

Yes, I know that the date and time appear when you explore the backup. I am simply asking why the date AND time do not appear when the backups display on the disk and partition page. It shows the version number followed only with the date for each backup image. Why not the time also?

TI 2012 build 6154.

Don,
If this is not the page you are referencing, would you mind posting a screen capture. If you are asking for the date and time to be a part of the actual file name, this can be done during the task creation process where the backup file name is assigned by the user.

Yes, this is the page. Please notice that the time shows on the version line only when the backup has been done within the past two days. After that, the date but not the time appears.

Now I understand. Thank you. Not sure we have any control but we can see if Acronis will add the time on some future build or version.

Don,
Would you confirm you are using version 6131 of version 2012 which is the most current version?

"BROWSE FOR BACKUPS" - BACKUP DATES STILL NOT DISPLAYED.

The same issues in Acronis True Image Home 2011 and Acronis True Image Home 2011 Plus Pack are still present in Acronis True Image Home 2012 and Acronis True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack.

Acronis Support said to install the latest version and provided a link for that version.
I uninstalled Acronis True Image Home 2012 and Acronis True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack.
Rebooted the System, installed the new version of Acronis True Image Home 2012 and Acronis True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack.
Rebooted the System, Opened Acronis, ran a Full Backup, verified the Full Backup then Closed Acronis.

Opened Acronis True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack (build 6154)
Browse for backups, It displays the Name, Size, Type, and Date fields, the Date field is still blank.

THE UPDATE DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!

Am I the only one using this product that would like to know the Date and Time of my Backups, and that it is important to know this?

When will you display both date and time for an backup image on this page?

I support you wish, Don. In the mean-time, we may right-click the object and select View log.
