Do I Backup two drives together or separately?
I have read the starting guide and I have 2 questions.
1. I have 3 drives on my machine. The first (C) is a newer solid state drive that has my windows and other software. The second (E) is an older disk drive that has my documents. The 3rd (F) is my backup drive. When I use Acronis to back up, should I create a one backup that includes both my C & E drives? Or should I create separate backups?
2. Any reasons why weekly I couldn’t / shouldn’t create full backups each time rather than incremental files?
Thanks for your help.

Another reason to drives in their own backups is that that one bad bit and the whole backup can be junk--so it's a matter of not putting all your eggs in one file.
The benefit of incs is that they can be created more quickly than fulls (except when consolidation occurs, which is when they take longer than doing fulls.
I never do incremental files. Backing up happens quickly enough (or else I have it running in the middle of the night on a schedule) that I don't mind the extra time it takes to make a full instead of an inc. When I restore, I don't need to have a chain of files, just one good full to be able to restore.
So, some of us do it that that way. If you find special value in incs, then by all means use them--many do. Disk space is so cheap, it's inexpensive to have plenty of room for lots of fulls.
