Do I need to purchase Universal Restore, and if so, from where?

I own about 5 copies of True Image 2015 for PC for my family. Recently, one of my systems crashed and is going to be replaced with newer hardware. I've read a lot of articles about Universal Restore but am still confused as to whether I need to purchase it, and if so, from where, exactly.

I've installed the Media Builder and created the bootable media, but in one of the dialog boxes it states "If there is no license for Universal Restore, the recovery to dissimilar hardware functionality will be available only when recovering backups from Acronis Cloud Storage", which I do not subscribe to or use.

I have yet to purchase the replacement hardware but want to be prepared when I do and don't want to be stuck at that point if I didn't purchase the right software. Will the disk created with Media Builder perform the restore to dissimilar hardware? If not, could someone provide me with a link to where I can purchase Universal Restore for ATI 2015?

Universial restore is part of your license, no need to buy it, but you have to download it separately.
Log into your Acronis account (at www.acronis.com, not this forum account!) and goto Downloads.
There you will find Universal Restore for download.
