Does cloning C include the Win7 100NB System partition? The manufacturer's recovery partition?

Thread needs solution

First of all, I cannot see either of those partitions using Disk Manager or DISKPART. Does that mean they aren't there? I know the System partition must be on the drive since Win7 requires it. Do I have some setting I need to change to see these partitions on the C drive?

Given that information, when I clone C does it include those two partitions? I don't see how the clone can be bootable without the System partition.

The Clone tool produces a bit for bit copy from the source disk to the target disk. Whatever is contained on the source will be copied to the target disk.

It does copy everything. Some OEM disks are set with recovery partitions that might be rendered unusable after a change of the physical layout of the partitions. THis can be fixed by editing the boot records, but it is above my level of competence. Other users on this forum could take you through that if you needed to.
