Does TI2010 change the partition table order?

I recently purchased TI2010 after using TI9 the past few years, having avoided upgrading ever since TI10 added the "feature" of mixing up the partition table order when restoring images to different partitions in a multi-boot configuration.

I would like to know if TI2010 is safe for cloning an OS to a different partition as is TI9. Thank you.

I haven't had TI 2010 do this to me, but I know it is possible. Best to get a copy of the PT before and after and see if the order changes. I restored to a secondary drive for an isolated multiboot of XP with two partitions, and the boot.ini didn't have to be modified - PT entries were correct, and the ARCPaths were fine. But perhaps that is just me. MBRWizard is certainly useful in this connection.
