Does True Image 2011 support Outlook 2010 64bit?
I suspect that True Image 2011 doesn't support Outlook 2010 64bit. The entry "%1 is not a valid Win32 application (0xFFF0)" in the email notification log below seems to indicate that Acronis is expecting a 32 bit application:

Is there a way to make it work with Outlook 2010 x64?

Yana, I appear to be having the same problem as Ian. One of the major reasons I bought ATI 2011 was for the Outlook support. It’s obvious now that I have installed it that it simply does not work. Can I get my money back?

I am having the same problem, I run Windows 7 64 bit with Office 2010 64 bit. When I try to backup Outlook 2010 with ATI 2011 build 5519, I get the same error.
Any progress on this isse?

Hello James and Peter!
Thank you for your comments!
Dear James, I completely share your frustration regarding the situation. Your decision regarding the refund is totally understandable. Unfortunately I cannot proceed with the refund myself: you're out of 30 days after purchase period, and the situation requires Sales Experts approval. Please send your refund request to our Support team via webform, it will get escalated and solved.
Dear Peter, thank you for your question. I've checked the status of the investigation process, and the issue is reported to be fixed in the next update, which is coming soon (it's in development at the moment, and we do not have exact ETA, but it was said that the Update will be out in November).
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
Thank you!

Hello Yana,
I also appear to have the same problem. On 32-bit everything works fine, but on 64 bit I do not get any further than:
13 Error 12/09/2010 5:24:03 PM Failed to copy file or folder ''.

In the last post you mentioned a possible ETA of November. Are there any updates on an ETA currently?
