Download site not accessiable

I have been trying to download/install Acronis True Image 2015 for a good hour and access to site for verification fails. I tried to download from my User site and also received a download failure. Text files with licensing download fine, but actual ISO download fail. Also tried to download 2016 version for which I have three licenses and again failed on ISO download. Looks like there are Major download site problems.
